1. OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Each experience featured on our website www.dreamdays.ae is provided by independent contracted suppliers on their own terms and conditions and is made available to our customers on our terms and conditions set out herein.
We issue to our customers a gift voucher for a Dirham value as nominated at the time of purchase against presentation of which the supplier will furnish to our customer or his nominated recipient the experience selected but on and subject to the terms and conditions of business of that supplier
We have selected all the experiences featured on our website to provide an exciting range of memorable gift ideas and experiences whether for the customer contracting with us who pays our price or for the recipient nominated by that customer to receive the particular experience.
However, there are certain limitations on the service we offer and certain restrictions on our liability to our customers or their recipients and we ask you therefore to read the following terms and conditions carefully.
Customers, shall refer to any individual or organisation that uses The Website to purchase or attempt to purchase any Gift or services, including but not limited to tickets, delegate passes, vouchers or any similar products or services.
Payment, In most cases payment in full for the Ticket is made at the time of purchase, and the Ticket is dispatched to the Customer via email shortly after purchase has completed. In the event that payment is made fraudulently using a lost/stolen credit/debit card or the credit/debit card is used without the permission of the card owner, Dreamdays reserves the right to cancel such Tickets purchased without refund to the fraudulent purchaser.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile and stipulate that the* governing law is the local laws.
Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
2. SUPPLIERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When a voucher is used to make a specific booking with a certain supplier you and your recipient will then become subject to the terms and conditions of business of that supplier. We may provide details of specific relevant elements of those terms and conditions on our website but you and your recipient should make your own independent enquiries of the supplier as to the Terms and Conditions which will govern the provision by them of the particular experience to you or your recipient.
Where the supplier's Terms and Conditions conflict with our Terms and Conditions, the latter will prevail.
Promoter, shall refer to any individual, partnership or organisation whether privately or publically owned that is responsible for the organisation, promotion and delivery of any event, service, or offering of any kind offered for sale or free of charge to the Customer via the Website.
3. GIFT VOUCHERS

All Dream Days experience gift packs contain a voucher which is evidence of a payment for a given experience.Except as specified herein payment is non-refundable. Each voucher will show a voucher reference and a security code,which must be quoted when dealing with Dream Days and which will be used to identify your payment.Vouchers and the associated references must be kept safely and securely. Dream Days will take no responsibility for any loss you may incur as a result of impersonation or identity fraud. The voucher expiry date will be detailed in your gift pack and will be valid for twelve months from date of purchase. Bookings for dates must be made direct with Dream Days before voucher expiry or the voucher will cease to be valid

4. PRICES
Prices of experiences are inclusive of Goods and Services (or at any other prescribed rate that may pertain at the time of booking).All gift vouchers are valid for twelve months from date of purchase.
Dream Days Gift Vouchers can be purchased for denominations ranging from AED 200 to AED 1800 .These may be redeemed against any experience selected from participating suppliers as detailed on the redemptions section of our website www.dreamdays.ae
5. DESCRIPTIONS, LOCATION AND TIMING
The description of the experience contained in our website is correct to the best of our knowledge at the time but we reserve the right to make changes to the programmed applicable to any experience without notice where such alterations have been imposed by the supplier.This does not affect your statutory rights.
Where the length of an experience is mentioned in our website, this is an approximate time and given as a guide only.Unless specifically stated otherwise by us or by the supplier, you will normally take your turn along with other members of the public and there may be waiting time involved.
The photos on our website depict an image typically associated with or representative of the experience being provided.Inclusion of such photos does not mean that we warrant in any way that each experience will include any or all of the features depicted.
6. HEALTH AND AGE REQUIREMENTS

Wherever appropriate we have detailed specific health, age or competency requirements insofar as known to us for each experience described on our website. We ask you to read the details of the selected activity carefully to ensure that you are aware of all such requirements.If you are in any doubt as to the suitability of an experience for you or your recipient please call us for advice.

7. AVAILABILITY
All experiences are offered subject to availability (and weather conditions on the day) and there can be no guarantee that a particular date will be available or that it will not have been withdrawn by the supplier. You are advised not to make move from your place or other arrangements until your booking has been confirmed by the Dream Days Stafe.
8. SAFETY STANDARDS

Many of our suppliers are subject to statutory rules and regulations in the provision of their services and all say that they observe the highest standard of safety for the experience featured. However, we cannot and have not undertaken any physical examination of the equipment, facilities or staff provided in connection with the supply of any of the experiences by the independent supplier. Inclusion of such experiences on our website does not therefore mean that we warrant in any way either the safety standards of or satisfactory performance by any of the featured suppliers.User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

9. EXPIRY OF VOUCHERS

All Dream Days Gift Vouchers are valid for twelve months from date of purchase. If for any reason the customer or the recipient is unable to utilise the experience before the expiry date the voucher may be extended for a further 2 months so long as notification is received to do so before the original expiry date. There is an administration charge of AED 100 for this service.Vouchers cannot be extended beyond 14 months total validity.

10. DELIVERY

Dream Days Gift Vouchers are despatched by the courier or postal service, unless collected or sent by another method of despatch service by request. If a Dream Days Gift Voucher goes astray in the post we cannot be held liable for any loss suffered as a result of its non-arrival. If you require proof of postage we can despatch the Dream Days Gift Voucher by Registered Post at an additional cost of AED 15. If you require guaranteed delivery to a specific person we can send your package by Registered Post Person to Person at an additional cost of AED 15 Our Express Delivery service offers priority same day processing plus Special Delivery despatch at an additional cost of AED 10 .

11. CANCELLATIONS
When a Dream Days Gift Voucher is presented for goods and services and a booking with a participating merchant confirmed,the Dream Days Gift Voucher will be redeemed and the appropriate funds debited from your gift voucher account.
Any subsequent cancellation of the booking by the beneficiary or participant may result in part or full loss of those funds previously debited.
Should a rescheduled booking be permitted, it will be so entirely at the discretion of the relevant merchant and subject to their terms and conditions of business.
Where a partial or full refund is agreed to by the relevant merchant, it must be in writing and an administration charge the greater of AED 85 or 15% of the redemption value will be deducted from the amount due.
The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.

**The conditions under which cancellation & replacement will be allowed For eg:
The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
The product is defective.
The product was damaged in shipping.
The item was not delivered on the agreed time.
12. REFUNDS

We are happy to make refunds on unbooked experiences bought direct from Dream Days within 14 days of purchase,minus a 10% administration charge (being a minimum charge of AED 65 and a maximum of AED 500). Refunds will only be made to the original purchaser of the Voucher.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
Merchant must detail the return, refund, and cancellation policy clearly on the Website to inform Cardholders of their rights and responsibilities.

The wrong product was sent by the merchant.

The product is defective.

The product was damaged in shipping.

The product is tampered.

13. INSURANCE

The very nature of our experiences means that some personal risk may be involved in taking part in the activities we offer and you should be aware of this when ordering. Many suppliers require signature of a disclaimer before they will allow participation. Our suppliers are legally obliged to carry third party liability and/or public liability insurance cover for their operations, however, we strongly advise you or your recipient to consider effecting your own additional cover.

14. PAYMENT

Payment can be made via Company cheque, cashiers chequ, electronic transfer or MasterCard, Visa Card, Bankcard and American Express.
All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards.Therefore the Customers are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website.Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or other agreed currency like Dollar $).The logo of the accepted cards are mentioned on our Home page and Payment check out page.
We issue to our customers a gift voucher for a Dirham value as nominated at the time of purchase, Gift Box within 24 to 48 hours after the purchase within Dubai.
Dreamdays will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

15. COMPLAINTS

If you have any complaint concerning the service you have received from one of our suppliers we would like to know about it.Please write to us with your complaint and we will take the matter up with our supplier formally on your behalf.All complaints must be made in writing.
