Know Before You Go
All passengers are to report to the helipad no later than 45 minutes prior to their departure time. If a passenger reports late, it will be considered as No Show. Passenger must provide their weight and contact telephone number for operational purposes. Only sunglasses and a smartphone or camera are permitted onboard. Complimentary lockers will be available for other valuables. Selfie sticks and tablets are not permitted onboard. The final seating in the helicopter is determined by the weights of all passengers on the flight hence but we are unable to guarantee your seat in advance. The experience is subject to weather conditions, in such cases rescheduling will happen as per the next availability.
What To Bring
Dress according to the weather. All passengers are required to present their original and valid Emirates IDs or Passports prior to check-in at the helipad. This is a mandatory requirement as per the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority.
