About The Experience

Car Specification: 0-100 km/h in 3 seconds, Horsepower 220BHP, Ford Duratec Engine - 2.5L, Top Speed - 235 km/h. Happening in North Handling Circuit - 0.88km length, 9.55m width, corners of 6 left and 2 right. Enjoy an incredible driving experience, including expert coaching to improve your driving technique. The duration of the full experience (arrival, registration, briefing kit up, drive and departure) is between 60 to 90 minutes, subject to Race Control and Circuit Safety Operations sessions scheduling. First conceived in the 1950s, this iconic racing classic with a legendary sporting pedigree is the latest exciting addition to Yas Marina Circuit’s fleet. The distinct lines of the Caterham Seven 360 - once deemed ‘too fast to race’ – will be sure to get your pulse racing. With its extraordinary power-to-weight ratio and low center-of-gravity, this roadster will test the limits of any driver to the max. The open-air cockpit provides a total sensory experience and harks back to a bygone era of motorsport, yet its up-to-date 180-bhp Ford Duratec powerplant means pure 21st Century thrills and adrenaline-pumping performance.

Know Before You Go

Height requirement is 160-190cm and cannot exceed the maximum weight of 105kg. You will be assisted in completing your driving license and waiver procedures 24 hours prior the experience. You are expected to arrive 20 to 30 minutes prior to your booked time slot. On arrival at the Circuit, head over to the Racing School at Yas Central. Have your ticket order number available upon arrival. Your booking will be validated, wristband will be provided and you will be guided to the experience area. You will be fitted with a helmet balaclava and gloves at the Pit Garage. Your instructor will then introduce you to the car and explain the controls. Please ensure you're aware of the Covid-19 entry requirements. Any abusive behavior or safety violations will lead to penalizing or be reported to authorities as necessary. Alcohol cannot be consumed in the period prior to your driver experience. Any accidents that occur due to the influence of alcohol will be reported to authorities and drivers will be liable for damages incurred. 72 hours before the date of experience & rides. No refunds, cancellations or rescheduling permitted within the cancellation deadline. If experiences are cancelled due to unforeseen weather conditions, the bookings made will be rescheduled.

What To Bring

Please wear clothing covering your arms and legs and closed toe shoes. Soft-soled shoes are recommended, strictly no sandals or high heels. 19 year-old drivers should present a valid UAE license (residents) or domestic license from their home country (non-residents), which is a minimum of 1 year old. 19 to 25-year old drivers must have held their license for 2 years minimum. Provisional licenses are not accepted. If your current driving license does not mention the initial issuing date, please be ready to present proof of our previous driving license.
