Know Before You Go
Due to the nature of the experience, prior booking is a must. This is a non-smoking event for safety reasons. Outside food or drinks to be brought into the event area are strictly prohibited. You must reach the area 45 minutes prior to your booked session where a waiting lounge with welcome drinks awaits you, you will be signing in at the reception and have a safety briefing prior to your session. Guest must be at a minimum of 110cm in height to do the experience. No child rate applies. Any food allergy or dietary requirement must be informed upon booking. Rates are not applicable on public holidays, including blackout days such as but not limited to Easter, Valentine's Day, Iftar, EID, Christmas Day, Christmas Eve, New Yea's Eve, Diwali, and Chinese New Year. All bookings are Final. No refund, no cancellation.
What To Bring
Attire: Wear according to the weather. Due to the nature of this experience, we don't suggest ladies to wear skirts, abayas, and open shoes.
