Submitting a Claim
In order to submit a complaint you need to contact our customer support. On urgent matters and on spot issues at the hotel you should contact our customer support immediately. Support needs to be informed and given a possibility to resolve the issue. A failure to contact support and inform about urgent matter may void possibility for a refund. Customer support details and support for urgent matters are found on the booking voucher received by email after confirming the booking. The customer is responsible to make sure that he has received the booking voucher and brings this to the hotel. The booking voucher is also available under the my bookings section or can be resent by contacting support. For post booking or non urgent matters you will should contact support at within 72 hours.
