Operating hours: Sunday to Thursday from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm. Friday and Saturday from 12:00pm to 11:00pm. Opening hours are subject to change, please keep an eye for updates or check the website before planning your visit. A Flight Waiver, which contains further details, must be signed before your experience.
Dress Code :
Comfortable sportswear without a collar.
Age/Vital Information :
You can be as young as 3 years or above for climbing. No age limit. Children under 18 years of age need to have a legal guardian to sign their waiver. You must not have: a history of neck, back or heart problems, you must seek a doctor?s clearance before participating. Weight limit is 115kg, if a person flying is greater than 115kg, it is up to the Instructors discretion whether that person can fly. Certain circumstances will allow this (for example 115kg and over 6? 5? tall). You must not be pregnant, not wearing any hard cast, don?t have severe epilepsy (Guests with differing degrees of Epilepsy can fly in certain circumstances. Please call us for details); you should not have any recent surgeries/stitches.
Please arrive at your scheduled time and check in at reception. Your flight instructor will brief you on safety measures and teach you some basic body control techniques. Put on your flying suit, safety goggles, shoes and helmet. Your flight instructor will lead you to the flight chamber and up, up you go!
